Isolation day I am not sure what number it is anym

Isolation day I am not sure what number it is anymore, in fact, probably not sure most times which day of the week it is either, the bed time routine for kids has gone down the drain too, bed time has shifted for significantly later as well because, let’s be honest, when they present their fair arguments about nowhere to be the next morning I can’t hide the fact that they have a point...
Anyway, I am going to leave this carefree image here to remind us to try and take things lightly, to hold space for ourselves first and foremost, not to fall i to despair and reach out for help and support.
Emotions are running wild for all of us as we are trying to adjust to our new ‘normal’. But please know you aren’t alone! .

While in lockdown and not allowed to work, perhaps it’s time to go and share all the photos that haven’t been shared enough... While it seems like we now have heaps of time on our hands, being with each other 24/7 in 4 walls (even if with some breaks) is a very testing time. Even if you love each other to pieces! Today feel heavy, despite my generally very positive outlook. And so if it does feel heavy for you, don’t be a stranger and reach out to someone. We don’t have to go through this feeling alone 💗
