Last month of winter has been busy. Between loosing teeth (out tooth fairy may go bankrupt at this rate), location scouting and fun with friends, there’s been homework, forest walks, street hangs and just a bit of everyday life.

I just love when families include their dogs in the family session – after all, they are just as important family members and often are the very first baby of the family. So I was thrilled when Dolores enquired about including Nikko, their furry baby. We met early in the morning for a sunrise beach family photography session on one of the Melbourne beaches Graham, Dolores and their babies frequently go to but in true Melbourne fashion, especially this season, it was unexpectedly cold and overcast. We did make the most of our time together and captured their little family and their connections <3
