It’s hard to believe it’s been so many years (I won’t tell you how many exact), but I started back when the twin girls were only 9 months old. They are as beautiful as ever and this session was very special to me as I got to capture them again, this time so grown and yet still innocent, during my visit to Toronto, Canada.

Nothing is constant and time flies so quickly that in a blink of an eye you have teenagers on your hands. I was thrilled to work with these beautiful girls, not only because all three of them are simply stunning, but because I photographed them since they were 9 months old. The youngest ones are in grade three now and their older sister is an amazing tennis player winning many championships in her age group.
In this session we tried to reflect how much they’ve grown, they aren’t babies anymore. But this particular image is a reflection of innocence that is still present and hopefully will remain with them just a little bit longer.

These girls have some of the biggest personalities around! Alex really reminded me of my son: not only they are the same age, her gestures, responses and behaviour in general are very similar to Miha’s. And to top it off, her little sister Ashley is about the same age as my daughter. So needless to say, I was invested into this session on a personal level too.
I really love this image below for the true emotion it radiates. I hope that you, Merv, can feel what I feel when I see it. Beautiful, loving and full of fire special bond between mother and daughter.
And what can I say?! Ashley is simply adorable! The happiest baby on the block. You can’t be any other way when you are around a firecracker of a sister!
