Frequently Asked Questions
I am ready to book. What happens next?
Please submit a booking contact form to let me know your special day chosen date and time. You will be prompted to fill in a questionnaire so that I can learn a little bit about you we can organize a follow up call to go over the details. Following our chat and when you are ready to book, you will receive a retainer fee payment information to secure your special date and a contract to be signed electronically on my website. Once the retainer fee is paid and the contract is signed, your special date and time are scheduled and you will receive a booking confirmation.
I am really not good at posing and feel uncomfortable in front of the camera.
I know exactly how you feel. Rest assured, you will forget about the camera.
My work is all about making you comfortable, having fun, gaining confidence to be in your own skin and getting lost in the moment and each other. Getting dolled up on the day is a definite confidence and excitement booster as well!
Your job is simply to enjoy your loved ones’ company, have fun and follow the gentle guidance I will provide. Leave the rest to me. You won’t be disappointed!
How long will it be before I can view my photos?
Your special day digital gallery is delivered to you for viewing within 4 weeks of the day. Shortly thereafter, your download link or custom USB is sent out. Any products included with your package may take a little longer, subject to product delivery times.
I want more hours of coverage. How much would that be?
Additional hour coverage up to a total of 8 is $375.
Each additional hour over 8 is charged at $450.
What about the actual day? What happens then?
I move through the day in a very relaxed manner capturing all the important little details, from getting ready to interactions with guests once the ceremony is over. The most important thing is to relax and enjoy the process.
Do you offer payment plans?
I do offer custom payment plans where the total fee is divided into several instalments. Please reach out to me to get this arranged.
